For in-person testing appointments, you will arrive at the testing center at the designated time. Testing takes approximately 4 hours. Make sure to bring a snack and a drink, as well as a sweater if you tend to get cold. Cell phones need to be silenced during evaluation. Parents are not permitted in the testing room during the assessment, unless requested by the Examiner. Parents of children under 13 need to stay on site throughout the evaluation.

We have flexible availability for testing and quick turnaround times for reports. After testing we will schedule a feedback session, usually within 1 week of the evaluation. At the time you will receive a full, downloadable report in your patient portal.

We understand that life can get in the way of scheduled appointments. We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
